Saint George’s was established in 1997 by baptised and confirmed Anglicans in Canada who wanted to preserve and maintain authentic traditional Anglican faith and worship.

Saint George’s is founded upon four Doctrinal Standards of the Anglican tradition: the Bible, the three Creeds (the Apostles’ Creed, the Nicene Creed, and the Athanasian Creed), the Thirty-nine Articles of Religion, and the Book of Common Prayer.

Saint George’s is fully determined to uphold and maintain the Christian faith and their Anglican heritage, and to transmit the same unimpaired to succeeding generations.
